Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be expertly installed in various formats, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse site conditions.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation for stability; indoor installations require the transformer to be flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a seamless attachment to the distribution panel, free from any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, ensure the transformer is positioned using designated force points, complemented by effective anti-slip measures for maximum safety and security.
Maintain careful control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° in the long axis direction and 10° in the short axis, to guarantee optimal safety and functionality.
Pay meticulous attention to the spacing between parts during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring a balanced and efficient setup.
Accurately installing terminals requires the selection of appropriate insulation discs based on actual conditions, ensuring precise and correct wiring configurations.
3. Attachment installation:
When attaching components such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure seamless integration and performance.
