Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Versatile installation options for our 20kV oil immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, providing flexibility to suit your specific site conditions.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely fixed on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align perfectly with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel, free from gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize designated force points for the transformer, and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability.
To avoid any mishaps during transportation and installation, maintain the transformer body inclination within safe limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Precision is key! Ensure that all components are neither too tight nor too loose, maintaining optimal operational integrity during installation.
Select appropriate insulation discs when installing terminals, tailored to the real-world conditions on-site, and ensure accurate wiring to guarantee efficacy and safety.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories installation, including gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, should strictly adhere to all applicable standards and manufacturer specifications to maintain the highest levels of safety and performance.
