1. Installation form:

Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed via several methods, including pole-mounted, outdoor, or indoor installations, to fit a variety of settings and requirements.

For outdoor setup, ensure firm placement on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer to be flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a snug fit with the distribution panel to eliminate any unwanted gaps.

2. Installation steps:

Secure the transformer using specially designed force points, incorporating anti-slip measures to maintain stability throughout the installation.

During transit and installation, maintain careful control over the transformer's body inclination-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis-to ensure optimal performance.

Exercise precision during installation, monitoring gaps between parts to prevent excessive tightness or slackness.

Select insulation disks that match the specific requirements of your setup when installing terminals, and follow correct wiring procedures to ensure safety and functionality.

3. Attachment installation:

When adding accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain the integrity of the installation.
