Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups. Choose the form that best suits your environment for optimal performance.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete base. Indoor installations require precise alignment, with the transformer flush against the cabinet front and securely attached to the distribution panel, eliminating any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize designated force points specific to the product while implementing anti-slip measures for maximum stability.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during both transportation and installation, adhering to a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure proper spacing between components during installation to prevent over-tightening or excessive looseness, which may affect performance.
Select the appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions when wiring terminals, ensuring all connections are made correctly.
3. Attachment installation:
When securing attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to the relevant standards and manufacturer's guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
