Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer a variety of installation forms, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, the transformer should be securely fixed on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer to be flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, it is crucial to use the specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for safety.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within specified limits (no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis) to ensure stability.
Ensure appropriate spacing between components during installation to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select suitable insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure proper wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, desiccants, and sleeves should be installed in accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain product integrity.
