Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options such as pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete base. Indoors, ensure the transformer is flush with the cabinet front, maintaining seamless contact with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize the designated force points and implement anti-slip measures for safety.
During both transport and installation, maintain the transformer body's inclination within specific limits (a maximum of 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally).
Ensure the correct balance of gaps during installation, avoiding excess tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, choose appropriate insulation disks based on the specific conditions and ensure accurate wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When attaching components such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, strictly adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines.
