Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete base. Indoor installations require a flush fit with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Position the transformer with precision using designated force points, incorporating effective anti-slip measures.
Maintain careful control over the transformer's inclination during transit and setup, with limits of 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Ensure optimal spacing between components during assembly to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
Select appropriate insulation disks based on specific conditions when affixing terminals, ensuring correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Compliance with relevant standards and guidelines is essential when installing attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves.
