Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options: pole-mounted installations, resilient outdoor setups, or secure indoor placements, each engineered for optimum efficiency.
Outdoor installations must be anchored to a reinforced concrete foundation; indoor installations require the transformer to align precisely with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug and secure fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation Steps:
Positioning the transformer demands precision. Utilize product-specific force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure stability.
During transport and installation, control the transformer's inclination within specified limits (no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally) to ensure safety and functionality.
Pay meticulous attention to the spacing between components during installation to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.
For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational requirements and ensure correct wiring for flawless connectivity.
3. Attachment Installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer directives for guaranteed reliability.
