Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers accommodate various installation forms, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor environments, and indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installations, it is essential to secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer body is flush with the cabinet front, seamlessly attached to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Once the transformer reaches its designated place, utilize the specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for utmost stability and safety.
During transportation and installation, carefully manage the transformer's inclination, keeping it within specified ranges (not exceeding 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis).
While installing, maintain ideal spacing between parts to prevent them from being overly tight or excessively loose.
When fitting terminals, select appropriate insulation disks suited to the situation and ensure correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves with strict adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements.
Certificates:
