Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV Oil Immersed Transformers can be installed using various methods, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, providing seamless integration into any environment.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer onto a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the front of the cabinet, adhering closely to the distribution panel without any discernible gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures for optimal stability and safety.
During transport and installation, maintain the transformer's inclination within set limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, ensuring operational integrity.
Mind the spacing between components during installation to avoid undue tightness or looseness, preserving the transformer's functionality and longevity.
Select appropriate insulation disks for terminal installations, tailored to the specific conditions, and ensure precise wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
When affixing accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to maintain optimal performance.
