Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer diverse installation methods, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor placements, catering to a wide range of application scenarios.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups require precise alignment of the transformer body with the cabinet's front and a seamless fit against the distribution panel, leaving no room for gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize specially designed force points to position the transformer and implement anti-slip precautions for enhanced stability and safety.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination throughout transit and installation, ensuring an angle of no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to preserve its structural integrity.
During assembly, ensure optimal spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, which could compromise performance.
When connecting terminals, select the proper insulation disks based on the specific context, and ensure correct wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines when installing accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, ensuring functionality and compliance.
