Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, to meet diverse environmental needs.
For outdoor installations, a secure, reinforced concrete foundation is essential. Indoor installations require the transformer body to align precisely with the cabinet front, ensuring a flawless fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During installation, utilize designated force points for optimal positioning, and employ anti-slip measures to secure the transformer thoroughly.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, with no more than 15° tilt in the long axis and 10° in the short axis.
Ensure balanced spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose assembly.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific scenario, and follow precise wiring protocols.
3. Attachment installation:
Install attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in accordance with stringent standards and manufacturer guidelines, ensuring peak performance.
Certificates:
