Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer flexible installation options, including pole-mounted setups, sturdy outdoor placements, and secure indoor installations.
For outdoor installations, anchoring on a reinforced concrete foundation is essential; indoors, ensure the transformer's facade aligns seamlessly with the cabinet front and adheres snugly to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning, utilize designated force points specifically engineered for the transformer, and implement anti-slip measures for safety.
During transit and setup, maintain the transformer's inclination within defined limits: no more than 15° along its long axis and no more than 10° along its short axis.
During installation, meticulously manage the gaps between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installations, select appropriate insulation disks based on situational demands and ensure correct wiring configuration.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, compliance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications is paramount.
