1. Installation Form:

The versatile installation options for our 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer installations, providing flexibility to cater to varying environmental and spatial requirements.

For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely mounted on a reinforced concrete foundation. When installing indoors, the transformer body must align perfectly flush with the front of the cabinet and be securely fastened to the distribution panel to avoid any gaps.

2. Installation Steps:

Upon installation, utilize the specially designed force points for secure placement, and implement anti-slip precautions to uphold stability and safety.

Maintain strict control over the transformer's inclination during both transportation and installation. Ensure the long axis remains within a 15° angle, while the short axis does not exceed 10°.

During assembly, meticulously check for appropriate spacing between components to avoid undue tightness or looseness, ensuring optimal performance.

Select the appropriate insulation disks when installing terminals, based on the specific requirements of the situation, and ensure correct wiring.

3. Attachment Installation:

For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications during installation to maintain safety and functionality.
