Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed via pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, or positioned indoors to suit various environmental conditions.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation; whereas, indoor installations require the transformer to align precisely with the cabinet's front, ensuring a snug, gap-free fit against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon placement, employ specially designed force points to stabilize the transformer and implement anti-slip measures for maximum safety.
Maintain a controlled inclination during both transportation and installation, ensuring the long axis does not exceed a 15° tilt and the short axis remains within a 10° tilt.
Ensure proper spacing between components during installation to prevent overly tight or loose connections.
Install terminals using appropriate insulation disks tailored to the situation, with precise and correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
When fitting accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
