1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features a sophisticated multi-layer cylindrical, continuous or connecting continuous design. This enhances winding shock distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and provides superior mechanical strength with robust short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron core design:
Utilizing high-quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our design significantly reduces no-load loss and current, ensuring peak performance.
3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Meticulously secured, the core and windings incorporate advanced fastening measures. Equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts on all pivotal components, such as high and low voltage leads, they are engineered for resilience against transport vibrations. Every fastener is diligently equipped with locking nuts to prevent loosening over extended operation.
4. Vacuum processing:
Our advanced vacuum processing ensures coils and cores are thoroughly dried, while transformer oil is meticulously vacuum-filtered and injected, drastically minimizing interior moisture.
5. Oil tank design:
Employing a corrugated sheet design with breathing functionality, our oil tank adapts to temperature-induced volume changes without the need for an oil storage cabinet, resulting in a more compact transformer with reduced height.
