1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features a sophisticated multi-layer cylindrical, continuous or connecting continuous design. This enhances winding shock distribution, minimizes magnetic leakage, and provides superior mechanical strength with robust short-circuit resistance.
2. Iron core design:
Utilizing high-quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal seam stacking method, our design significantly reduces no-load loss and current, ensuring peak performance.
3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
Meticulously secured, the core and windings incorporate advanced fastening measures. Equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts on all pivotal components, such as high and low voltage leads, they are engineered for resilience against transport vibrations.
