Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in various forms, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor open-air installations, and secure indoor transformer installations, providing versatility to meet diverse environmental and spatial requirements.
For outdoor installations, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, align the transformer body flush with the cabinet front, ensuring a seamless and gap-free fit with the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points specifically engineered for the product while implementing anti-slip measures for stability and safety.
During transit and installation, carefully manage the transformer's inclination, maintaining an angle limit of no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally, to ensure structural integrity.
Attention to detail is crucial during installation; avoid excessive tightness or looseness between components to ensure optimal operational performance.
When attaching terminals, select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the specific requirements and follow precise wiring procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Installation of critical accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must adhere to stringent standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee safety and functionality.
