Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed in a variety of ways, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer configurations, offering flexibility and adaptability to diverse environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor setups should ensure the transformer's front aligns seamlessly with the cabinet, maintaining a snug fit against the distribution panel without gaps.
2. Installation steps:
When positioning the transformer, utilize the specially engineered force points and implement anti-slip measures for maximum stability.
During transportation and installation, maintain the transformer body's tilt within specified limits (a maximum of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis) to ensure safety and performance.
During assembly, ensure optimal spacing between parts to prevent excessive tightness or looseness, which could impact functionality.
Correctly install terminals by choosing appropriate insulation disks based on actual requirements and ensure accurate wiring for seamless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure compliance and reliability.
