Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed in various forms: pole mounted, outdoor installations, or indoor transformer setups.
For outdoor settings, ensure a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer must align perfectly with the cabinet front, tightly fitting against the distribution panel to prevent any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize the specially designed force points for this product, accompanied by appropriate anti-slip measures.
Maintain the transformer body's inclination within specified limits during transport and installation-no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Attention to the spacing between components is crucial to avoid excessively tight or loose configurations.
When installing terminals, select appropriate insulation disks according to specific conditions and ensure proper wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in accordance with strict standards and manufacturer specifications.
