1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups. Each installation form is thoughtfully designed to integrate seamlessly into its respective environment.

For outdoor setups, secure the installation on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor placements, ensure the transformer aligns flush with the cabinet front, maintaining a snug fit against the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, utilize designated force points crafted for the product and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.

During transit and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within specified limits, not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally, to guarantee optimal performance and safety.

Pay meticulous attention to the clearance between components during installation to prevent undue tightness or looseness, ensuring a flawless setup.

While connecting terminals, select suitable insulation disks based on the environment and ensure accurate wiring for optimal functionality.

3. Attachment installation:

For the installation of attachments like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements is imperative.
