Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil-immersed transformers can be installed using various methods: pole-mounted for elevated installations, outdoor settings for environmental exposure, or indoors for protected environments.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer to a solid reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns seamlessly with the front of the cabinet, snugly fitting without gaps against the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Positioning the transformer requires utilizing specially designed force points unique to the product, along with implementing effective anti-slip measures.
Maintain precise control over the transformer body's inclination during transport and installation, ensuring angles do not exceed 15° longitudinally or 10° laterally.
When assembling, carefully manage the spacing between components to prevent overly tight or loose fits.
For terminal setup, select insulation disks that match actual conditions and proceed with correct wiring practices.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in compliance with pertinent standards and manufacturer specifications.
