Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation options for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers are versatile, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, secure the unit on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer is seamlessly aligned with the front of the cabinet and firmly attached to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
As the transformer is positioned, carefully utilize designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to maintain stability.
During transit and installation, control the transformer's inclination. Maintain an angle not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis to ensure optimal operation.
Ensure balanced spacing during installation to prevent overly tight or loose connections between different components.
Appropriate insulation disks should be chosen for terminal installations, and wiring should be executed with precision to match the actual requirements.
3. Attachment installation:
Attachments such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must be installed in adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
