Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our versatile 20kV oil immersed transformers can be installed using various methods, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor setups, secure the unit on a reinforced concrete foundation. In indoor settings, ensure a seamless fit by aligning the transformer body with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a tight, gap-free attachment to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
Proper installation requires utilizing designated force points tailored for the product, while implementing anti-slip and stabilizing measures for optimal safety.
During both transportation and installation, maintain the transformer's body inclination within specified limits-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Ensure a balanced fit during installation by maintaining appropriate gaps between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness.
When installing terminals, select insulation disks that match the specific scenario and ensure precise wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
For mounting accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications.
