1. Installation form:

The versatile installation options for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and strategic indoor placements, ensuring adaptability to any environment.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation for stability; indoors, ensure the transformer body aligns perfectly with the cabinet front, fitting seamlessly against the distribution panel without gaps, for optimal performance.

2. Installation steps:

When positioning the transformer, leverage specially designed force points and employ anti-slip measures to ensure steadfast placement.

During transportation and installation, carefully control the tilt of the transformer body to maintain it within specified limits (not exceeding 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis) to avert operational issues.

Exercise meticulous attention to the gaps between each component during installation, avoiding over-tight or loose fitting, to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality.

In terminal installations, select the appropriate insulation discs based on actual conditions and ensure precise wiring to maximize performance and safety.

3. Attachment installation:

For accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, ensure adherence to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications during installation to guarantee effective operation.
