Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The installation forms of 20kV oil immersed transformers are diverse, including pole-mounted installations for elevated setups, outdoor installations for open environments, and indoor installations for enclosed spaces.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation to ensure stability; for indoor installations, align the transformer body seamlessly with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a snug fit with the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement of the transformer, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
Maintain control over the transformer's body inclination during transportation and installation, keeping it within a specified range: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Carefully monitor the gaps between each component during assembly, ensuring they are neither excessively tight nor too loose for optimal performance.
When setting up terminals, select suitable insulation disks based on actual requirements, and ensure accurate wiring configurations.
3. Attachment installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to uphold safety and functionality.
