1. Installation form:

The versatile installation options for the 20kV oil-immersed transformers include pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor transformer installations, offering adaptability for various environments.

For outdoor installations, a solid reinforced concrete foundation ensures stability, while indoor settings require the transformer to align perfectly flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a secure attachment to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

During placement, utilize the product's designated special force points and implement anti-slip measures to ensure stability.

It is crucial to control the transformer's inclination during both transportation and installation, keeping it within a safe range (no more than 15° along the long axis and no more than 10° along the short axis).

Attention to detail is key; ensure each component fits with neither excessive tightness nor looseness during installation to maintain optimum performance.

When connecting terminals, select the appropriate insulation disks based on real-time conditions and ensure correct wiring for safety and efficiency.

3. Attachment installation:

The installation of accessories, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, and moisture absorbers, must adhere to stringent standards and align with the manufacturer's specifications for optimal integration.
