1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups. Each method ensures optimal functionality and safety, tailored to your specific site conditions.

For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the front of the cabinet, fitting snugly against the distribution panel to prevent any operational gaps.

2. Installation steps:

During installation, utilize the specially designed force points specific to this product to ensure stability. Implement anti-slip measures for added safety and durability.

While transporting and installing the transformer, maintain the body inclination within 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis to ensure stability and optimal performance.

Carefully adjust component gaps during installation to maintain a balance; neither too tight nor too loose for optimal functionality.

When wiring terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks tailored to the site's requirements to ensure correct and safe connections.

3. Attachment installation:

Ensure accessory installations, such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere to relevant standards and manufacturer specifications for seamless integration and functionality.
