Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted, outdoor, and indoor setups, ensuring adaptability to diverse environments and applications.
When opting for outdoor installation, secure the unit firmly on a robust reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer aligns perfectly with the front of the cabinet, achieving a snug fit against the distribution panel without any noticeable gaps.
2. Installation steps:
As you position the transformer, make use of the specially designed force points, employing necessary anti-slip measures to ensure stability and safety.
During transportation and installation, maintain the inclination of the transformer body within stipulated limits-no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis-to prevent any operational issues.
While assembling, pay careful attention to the spacing between components to avoid excessive tightness or looseness, which could affect performance.
For terminal installation, select appropriate insulation disks based on the specific requirements, ensuring correct wiring for optimal operation.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must be installed in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer specifications to ensure proper function and safety.
