Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements, catering to diverse project needs.
For outdoor installations, ensure it is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, the transformer should align perfectly with the cabinet's front, maintaining a seamless connection to the distribution panel.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize specially designed force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure the transformer effectively.
Maintain precise control over the transformer's inclination during transport and installation, with a maximum tilt of 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis.
Pay meticulous attention to part gaps during assembly, ensuring they are neither too tight nor too loose for optimal performance.
Select appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions when installing terminals, and ensure proper wiring for flawless operation.
3. Attachment installation:
For accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer requirements to guarantee compatibility and safety.
