Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Form:
Our 20kV Oil-Immersed Transformers offer versatile installation options: pole-mounted for elevated applications, rugged outdoor setups, or sleek indoor transformer installations.
For outdoor installation, ensure it is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoors, align the transformer body seamlessly with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation Steps:
When positioning the transformer, employ specially designed force points and incorporate anti-slip measures for secure installation.
While transporting and installing, maintain the transformer body's inclination within specified limits (no more than 15° in the long axis and 10° in the short axis) to ensure stability.
During installation, ensure optimal spacing between components to prevent excessive tightness or looseness.
For terminal installation, choose appropriate insulation disks based on the actual setup and ensure accurate wiring.
3. Attachment Installation:
Install accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves in strict accordance with relevant standards and manufacturer guidelines to ensure peak performance.
