1. Installation form:

Our 20kV oil-immersed transformers offer versatile installation options including pole-mounted setups, robust outdoor installations, and seamless indoor transformer placements, adaptable to any environment.

For outdoor installation, ensure the transformer is securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations demand precision, with the transformer body aligning perfectly flush with the cabinet's front, ensuring a seamless, gap-free attachment to the distribution panel.

2. Installation steps:

Positioning the transformer requires utilizing specially designed force points, alongside implementing anti-slip measures to enhance stability and safety.

During all phases of transportation and installation, it is critical to maintain the transformer's body inclination within specified limits: no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis, to ensure structural integrity.

Attention to detail is vital during installation; maintain optimal spacing between components, avoiding excessive tightness or looseness to ensure reliable operation.

Select appropriate insulation disks tailored to the existing conditions when installing terminals, and ensure precise, correct wiring for optimal performance.

3. Attachment installation:

Installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must strictly adhere to industry standards and manufacturer specifications, ensuring safety and longevity.
