Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
The versatility of 20kV oil-immersed transformers allows for various installation methods, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For optimal outdoor installation, the transformer should be securely anchored on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer body to be perfectly aligned with the front of the cabinet, ensuring a tight connection to the distribution panel without any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
Upon positioning the transformer, it is crucial to employ the designated force points and implement anti-slip measures to secure it effectively.
Careful control of the transformer's inclination during transportation and installation is necessary, maintaining a tilt not exceeding 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Ensure sufficient but not excessive spacing between components during installation to avert excessive tightness or looseness.
When attaching terminals, choose appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions, ensuring correct wiring.
3. Attachment installation:
Accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and bushings must be installed per relevant standards and manufacturer instructions to ensure optimal performance.
