Oil-immersed transformers are essential power components extensively utilized in electrical networks, serving primarily for voltage transformation and power transmission. 1. Winding structure:
The high-voltage winding features a multi-layer cylindrical, continuous, or interconnected continuous construction, enhancing the shock distribution across the winding, minimizing magnetic leakage, and providing superior mechanical strength alongside robust short-circuit resilience.
2. Iron core design:
By utilizing premium cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets and employing a full diagonal seam stacking technique, these transformers achieve significant reductions in no-load loss and no-load current.
3. Fastening and anti-loosening:
The core and windings are meticulously secured with specialized fastening systems. High and low voltage leads feature self-locking anti-loosening nuts, with the non-hanging center structure adept at withstanding transportation-induced vibrations. All fasteners come equipped with securing nuts to preserve integrity throughout extended operation.
4. Vacuum processing:
Both coils and cores undergo a vacuum drying process, while the transformer oil is vacuum-filtered and injected to effectively limit moisture content within the transformer.
5. Oil tank design:
The oil tank is crafted from corrugated sheets with a breathing function, adapting to oil volume changes due to temperature fluctuations. The absence of an oil storage cabinet results in a reduced transformer height.

Regular inspection: Frequent assessments of the oil level and oil insulation strength are necessary. Prompt replacement of transformer oil is required if any issues are detected.
