Installation Instructions:
1. Installation form:
Our 20kV oil immersed transformers offer versatile installation options, including pole-mounted setups, outdoor installations, and indoor transformer placements.
For outdoor installations, secure the transformer on a reinforced concrete foundation. For indoor setups, ensure the transformer body aligns flush with the cabinet front, maintaining a snug fit against the distribution panel to prevent any gaps.
2. Installation steps:
During placement, utilize the specially designed force points of the transformer, incorporating anti-slip measures to ensure stability.
Maintain control over the transformer's inclination during transit and installation, keeping it within a safe range (no more than 15° along the long axis and 10° along the short axis).
During installation, carefully manage the gaps between components to prevent overly tight or loose fittings, ensuring optimal performance.
For terminal installation, choose suitable insulation disks based on real-time conditions and ensure correct wiring configurations.
3. Attachment installation:
When installing vital accessories like gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves, adhere strictly to relevant standards and manufacturer's requirements to guarantee operational safety and efficiency.
