For outdoor installations, ensure it is anchored firmly on a reinforced concrete foundation. Indoor installations require the transformer to align precisely with the cabinet front, ensuring a snug fit against the distribution panel, devoid of any gaps.
2. Detailed Installation Steps:
During installation, utilize the specifically designed force points for optimal placement of the transformer, implementing anti-slip measures to ensure stability and security.
Ensure precise control over the transformer's body inclination during transport and setup, maintaining angles within a safe range: no more than 15° longitudinally and 10° laterally.
Vigilance during installation is crucial to maintain appropriate gaps between components, preventing undue tightness or looseness.
When securing terminals, select the appropriate insulation disks based on actual conditions and ensure accurate wiring for optimal performance.
3. Meticulous Attachment Installation:
Installation of accessories such as gas relays, pressure relief devices, moisture absorbers, and sleeves must conform to stringent standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee seamless integration and operation.
